KPMLSA empty bottle bagging machine is a customized machine for our customers, equipped with an additional bottle divider and 2-channel conveyor belt, which double the packaging speed while maintaining the stable production performance of the machine.

We use a 2-channel conveying system for
connecting the bottle bagging machine to a high-speed bottle blow molder, to
reach double speed and prevent bottles from falling.
The advantage: at the same speed of a 1-channel
conveyor, this system can double the bottle supplying speed to the bagging
machine. You do not need to have the conveyor running too fast and bottles will
not fall easily on the conveying belt.
An automatic bottle divider is included.

Utilizamos un sistema de transporte de 2 canales
para conectar la máquina ensacadora de botellas a una moldeadora por soplado de
botellas de alta velocidad, para alcanzar el doble de velocidad y evitar que
las botellas se caigan.
La ventaja: a la misma velocidad que un
transportador de 1 canal, este sistema puede duplicar la velocidad de
alimentación de las botellas a la ensacadora. No es necesario que el
transportador funcione demasiado rápido y las botellas no caerán fácilmente
sobre la cinta transportadora.
Se incluye un divisor de botellas automático.

à 1 canal, ce système peut doubler la vitesse d'alimentation en bouteilles de
l'ensacheuse. Il n'est pas nécessaire que le convoyeur tourne trop vite et les
bouteilles ne tomberont pas facilement sur la bande transporteuse.
